Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beading (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic premium quality tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic premium quality tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as in item No. 03 above but as in skirting with and including 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured premium quality tiles 300mm x 450mm, on vertical surface such as skirting/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and incl.10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on non woven polyester film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/sq m over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane laid with 100 mm over lap on both sides all as per manufacturer's instructions including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with and including WPC and two coat of aluminum paint of 0.2 Kg/Sqm (each coat) over membrane taking down existing water proofing treatment including Plain Cement Concrete padding, mortar etc and disposal of rubbish outside of MDcomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work to be executed through authorized applicator only.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 type A-1 (nominal mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
