Sch 'A' Section-II (Part-I) Internal Electrification

Lump sum price worked out by the tenderer for “ Internal Electrification" as listed in Sch 'A' Section-II (Part-I)

Sch 'A' Section-II (Part-II) Internal Electrification

Sub main wiring with 2 single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor drawn in to PVC conduit with and including independent PVC insulated 4 Sqmm single core copper earth wire complete all as specified (conduit and conduit accessories shall be measured and paid for separately)

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx0.60cm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and connecting to earth test point and testing on completion, protected by 15mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of coal dust 300mm and common salt 15cm thick all around. 20mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , CI cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners .

Fixing only tube light fitting any type suitable for 1 x 28 Watt T5 type energy efficient complete including T5 lamp for wall mounting/ hanging from ceiling including PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable 2 core of size 24 / 0.2 mm from ceiling rose to connector of tube light complete etc. (Tube light fitting any type including T-5 lamp shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for fixing)

Fixing only tube light fittings any type 1 x 18 watt dust and vermin proof stove enamelled with clear acrylic cover polyester filled, power factor improvement capacitor, two starters, with starter holder including 1x18 watt fluorescent tube rod with spring loaded rotor type tube holders connector block earthing terminals pre-wired with copper conductor cables fixed to wall for use on 240 volts 50 cycle per second AC single phase supply .complete all as specified. (Tube light fittings any type1 x 18 watt including tube shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for fixing)

Decorative wall mounted type 1x11 watt luminaries with perforated octagonal CRCA body with opal PMMA diffuser complete with lamp etc of Make Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips/ Wipro/ GE/ Havell’s

Fixing only Tube light fitting any type suitable for 4 Feet long 1 x 40 Watt complete including lamp, suitable for fixing on wall or hanging through 19 mm dia MS conduit (conduit shall be measured and paid separately) and flexible wire connection from ceiling rose to the fitting including earth connection (Tube light fitting any type suitable for 4 Feet long 1 x 40 Watt including lamp shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for fixing)

M C B 'C' series type suitable for 240 volts AC supply 5 to 30 Amps, single pole with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 9 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing block of trade smen shop and storage accn and unit shop complete above and below ground level upto 30 CM, including taking down of all fittings, joinery of any description in any position carefully cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate and returning filling below the GL including removing rubbish material (i.e) concrete and all other unserviceable debris) from site outside the MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing gate offices above and ground level upto 30 CM, including taking down of all fittings, joinery of any description in any position carefully cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate and returning filling below the GL including removing rubbish material (i.e) concrete and all other unserviceable debris) from site outside the MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing RCC under ground sump of capacity 30000 Gallons complete including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate and returning filling below the GL including removing surplus rubbish material (i.e) concrete and all other unserviceable debris) from site outside the MoD land complete all as directed. Note for Sl No 43 to 46 : All safety precautions shall be strictly followed by the contractor during demollation of Bldgs and RCC under ground sump, Any loss and damage to nearby existing structure during the demolition shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost and site of work shall be left clean and tidy after demolition.
