Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Provn of bore hole in any type of soil and collection of disturbed & undisturbed soil sample of 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m from GL and at an interval of 1.5m thereof, subject to exploration of earth sample upto 10m depth from Natural Ground Level (NGL), or depth of refusal (N>50) whichever is less & conduct the following lab tests all as per IS 1892-1979 at sites shown by GE (AF) Bagdogra. (a) Conducting standard penetration tests as per relevant IS in bore log of 1.5m below GL thereafter and upto bottom of bore log. (b) Soil Classification (grain size distribution for each strata). (c) Stratification of soil for entire depth of bore hole, including ground water table location. (d) Determination of natural moisture content, degree of saturation, bulk density, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index C&D value and specific gravity of soil at various strata. (e) Direct Sheat test, Tri-axial sheat test, Relative denisty. (f) Consolidation tests as per relevant IS code.

(g) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity with respect to shear failure till and permissible settlement (total and differential) for support RCC structure for Provn of deficient single L/in accn at AFS Kurseong along with recommendation about type & size of foundation at different level of bearing. (h) Submission of consolidated report for each of bore holes in quadriplicate of field investigation done & laboratory analysis along with lab results plotting gragh, strata etc indication the safe bearing capacity of soil. (j) Mobilization of necessary equipment and manpower to project site including shifting of the same from one location to another erection of equipments for carrying out tests and dismantling and transporting the same.
