Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, pipeline etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm, levelling, watering and well ramming as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up 150 mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings) with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply, laying, connection and testing 150 mm bore, ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast (spun) with spigot and socket ends, class K-7 and confirming to IS 8329 - 2000 with push on rubber gasket jointing inside with cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 100 mm bore galvanised steel tubing including connections from trenches/wall/floor/ceiling etc and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for re-use at same site or other site complete all as specified and as directed. Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep as in soft/loose soil and rubishes to a distance n.exc 50m including spraying pesticides (roundup or equivalent) to control the grass growth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of valve pit chamber with sluice valve, pipes etc, 150mm to 200mm dia including replacement of existing wornout/defective gland packing, nut, bolt & washer, etc with new one to make the sluice valve perfectly leak proof including marking of flow direction of inlet & outlet pipe line with necessary colour coding with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surfaces valve pit cover complete all as required and as directed

Demolition of damaged brick masonry valve pit of size 150cm x 100cm x 100 cm (internal dimensions)including concrete work and construction of similar size valve pit with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1 : 4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made out of 40x40x6mm angle iron frame all-round fixed by means of 4 Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40x6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 230x200x100mm incl provn of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3mm thck sheet, MS handle of suitable length and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipe, such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch.
