M&L Preparation of plastered or unplastered stopping of distempered surfaces of walls including filling of cracks with approved crack filler and applying one coat of OBD white/ coloured complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes. Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) on old treated wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make :APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paint or equavalent Note : APEX ULTIMA paint will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 15m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emultion weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Make :APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paint or equavalent. Note : APEX ULTIMA paint will be done by spray only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 15m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint including external scaffolding work including filling of cracks with approved crack filler complete all as specified and directed. Note : cement based paint will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.
