| 2.04Note : 1. Following points are to be considered for selection of Transformer manufacturer. (i) The core shall be constructed from high grade, non-aging Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) Silicon Steel laminations confirming to HIB grade with lamination thickness not more than 0.23mm to 0.27mm or better quoted grade Core. (ii) Manufacturer shall have in-house NABL accredited Laboratory in order to ascertain the authenticity of test results. (iii) The drawings of Transformer, Marshalling Box, RTCC etc. shall be got approved from GE. (iv) All routine tests shall be carried out at factory before the dispatch of Transformer. Copy of type test report for similar or higher rating will be witnesses during the inspection. (v) Control wiring upto CR panel in Main Power House rate should deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Whole work shall be carried out in accordance with the latest edition/amendments of the Indian Electricity Act and Rules formed there and as amended from time to time (vii) Performance guarantee of transformer shall be for the period of 36 (Thirty Six) months from the date of receipt in stores of purchaser of such transformer complete in all respect. The period during which transformer remained defective/ failed will not be accounted in this performance guarantee period. | |||||||||
