Construction & Errection of New 400/250/25/10 KVA T/F Sub-Stations with associated Overhead/Underground 11 KV Line along with loading, carriage, unloading of material from Naini Store to site of work at different places Under EUDD-Naini, Prayagraj.

Fabrication, erection, grouting & plinthing of 11 M long STP single support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like Cross Arm, guarding angle, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing 300 mm above ground level as per Norms. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt and locally material etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor, STP and centrally material will be provided by the department.)

Fabrication, erection, grouting & plinthing of Substation type 11 M long STP Double Pole with mounting of all accessories i.e. 11 kV Fuse set, top channel, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing 300 mm above ground level as per Norms. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt and locally material etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor exempt top channel, STP and centrally material will be provided by the department.)

Construction of 11 kV line with ACSR, Weasel conductor by laying, stringing, sagging, binding and nuzzling of 3 phase 3 wire. (Material will be provided by the department.)

Stringing and sagging of two nos. G.I. wire with cradle guarding of 11 kV line. (material will be provided by the department.)

Earthing of Steel Tubular Pole with MS Earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm (Earthing Rod provided by the department.)

Erection, grouting binding and nuzzling of Stay set complete

Hanging of 3x120 mm2 11 kv XLPE cable on 11mtr. STP.

Laying of 11 KV, 3x120 sq mm XLPE double ckt cable in Pakka by digging of trench 900 mm deep, 600 mm wide including required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable (in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying will be arranged by the contractor except 11 KV cable).

11 kv 3x70 sq mm double Cable laying by drill method at road crossing with HDPE pipe encasing. Cable shall be laid at a depth of minimum 1050 mm from the surface of road. (HDPE pipe will be supplied by the contractor except 11 kV cable.)

Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x120 sq mm XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Construction of masonry type T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 M suitable for 400/250/63 KVA Transformer with the mixture of 1:4 cement coarse sand, and complete civil material with fixing of two nos. MS Channel of size 100x50 mm 1.5 M length on the top.

Construction of retaining wall of size 5mtr x 3mtr, 75 cm. in height, of which 25 cm shall be above G.L., the width of the wall shall be 25 cm. Fabrication & erection of wire mesh fencing 5'(5 feet) height with locking arrangement and a door including, grouting of fabricated MS angle 50x50x6 mm, painting of fencing & support with all material as per RESSPO Norms around 11/0.4 kV Substation. The fencing shall be made of 50x25 mm 10 SWG size rectangular wire mesh and the round wire bar shall be of 10 SWG size. Wire mesh shall be fixed on panel made of 40x40x6 mm MS Angle Iron. The wire mesh on panel will be supported by 25x3 mm MS flat on all the bracings diagonally & 50x6 mm MS flat iron horizontally at the centre of the panel. The panel will be jointed by bolts & nuts of appropriate size with each other and on the main support of the corner.

Erection & commissioning of 11/0.4 kV 400/250/63 KVA T/F on plinth, its connection on HT side with PVC cable of 1x70 Sq. mm as per site requirement.

Erection & commissioning of 11/0.4 kV 25 KVA T/F on DP, its connection on HT side with PVC cable of 1x70 Sq. mm as per site requirement.

Erection & commissioning of 11/0.4 kV 10 KVA T/F on Pole, its connection on HT side with PVC cable of 1x70 Sq. mm as per site requirement.

Earthing of transformer by lowering of GI Pipe of size 1.50” dia 20 feet deep, connecting with GI strip of size 35x6 mm with clamp for neutral & other for T/F body earthing.(All material provided by contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of LT cable of size 1Cx400 Sq. mm from LT side of transformer to L.T. Cubical Box and its connection with the system.

Laying of LT cable of size 3.5x240 Sq. mm L.T. Cubical Box to LT Pole and suitably connected at both ends. (two circuit)

Erection and grouting of L.T. cubical Box, making platform & plastering the same with cement, sand in ratio 1:6 , fixing the tailless unit 500/300 Amp. , making L.T Bus Bar and its taping complete in all respect. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor)

Earthing of L.T. cubical box by providing M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 35x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body.(All material except earthing rod will be arranged by the contractor )

Hanging of LT PVC cable of size 1x70/3.5x70 Sq. mm for connection transformer to the system.
