RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (Proforma for receipt of deposition of Earnest Money deposit is attached as Annexure IV).
RequiredOriginal EMD to be submitted to any of the Executive Engineer of CPWD within given date and time and receipt of deposition of original EMD as per (Annexure V) to be uploaded.
RequiredTreasury challan / Account Payee Demand Draft / Pay order or Bankers Cheque / FDR / Insurance Surety Bonds/ Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD in favor of Executive Engineer (E), MCED-III, CPWD, Mumbai.
RequiredCopy of Valid CPWD Enlistment Order of the Contractor.
RequiredCopy of Valid Electrical contractor license.
RequiredSelf Attested copies of Certificates of Work Experience of the similar work in Government Department / Semi-Govt. /Undertaking /PSU. Experience certificate shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent clearly indicating the following details, otherwise TDS Certificates is required against the eligible work. 1.Name of work 2. Scope of Work 3. Agreement No. 4. Estimated Cost
Required5. Tendered Cost 6. Final Value of Work Done 7. Date of Start 8. Stipulated date of Completion 9. Actual date of completion etc. In case some of above said details are not mentioned in the Completion certificate, the firm shall attach ample proof in support of above details.
RequiredGST registration Certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents. (Annexure-I). If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from the date of receipt of
Requiredaward letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard
RequiredThe intending bidder shall upload an undertaking that if I/We shall become the lowest tenderer then I/We shall submit the documents of Associated specialized Agencies/OEM/Authorized service provider of equipments as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the conditions
Requiredof NIT for association of specialized agencies after acceptance of tender along with Performance Guarantee otherwise department may reject my/our tender and may forfeit the deposited EMD absolutely and debar me/us from re-tendering for this work See Annexure-II.
RequiredThe bidder shall scan and upload an undertaking on his letterhead stating that T and P as per Annexure III will be made available at site immediately after award of work.
RequiredERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Training Certificate in the name of the Proprietor/ Agency/ Authorized representative issued through LMS (Learning Management System) by the Competent Authority of CPWD.
RequiredAny other Document as specified in the NIT.
