Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders and including making good the disturbed surface on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volt, FRLSH grade of size 1.5Sqmm drawn through and including surface PVC casing & caping (ISI Marked) with accessories including PVC Box or existing sunken box and hylem sheet/PVC Box including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH grade for earth continuty green in colour for one light point/fan point/Bell point/5 Amps SS combination independent board controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the complete hanging lamp fitting of any type and any location and refixing the same with accessories, including provision for cable from ceilling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair LED Highbay light 80 watt energy saving,enviroment friendly & robust Mediumbay wih high efficiency(110 lm/w),10KV SPD, IP-66 protection with toughened glass complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the Exhaust fan/wall mounting fan heavy duty of 300/250/ 200 mm sweep by disconnecting from the ceiling rose, carrying out necessay repair such as replacement of capacitor/ bearings/ flexible copper cable of suitable size including overhauling by carrying out repair such as applying grease to metal parts, rewinding of burnt coil and replacement of suitable size cotter/split pin as required, reassembling and refixing in original position, fixing of louvers/wire mesh commissioning, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Rewinding of Exhaust fans and spares shall be replaced and measured and paid seperately under relevent items of schedule. (b) Rate deemed to be inclusive of new flexible copper wire between ceiling rose to fan connector no extra claim what so ever will be entertained by the department.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan capacitor 4 mfd of approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor of type 300 mm sweep & any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor of type 250 mm sweep & any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor of type 200 mm sweep & any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M&L for spray painting with white synthetic enameled paint (1st grade quality) after preparation of old surface of the exhaust fan of any make/model/sweep, including filling cavities with filler after cleaning dust complete all as specified and as as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of new ball bearing 6201 / 6202 / 6203 including metal filling, machining if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the storage type water heater of any type & size, by disconnecting electric connection, carrying out necessary repair such as cleaning of inner water tank, removing scales,connecting flexible three core copper cable of size 2.5 sqmm and re - fixing in original position, grouting, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) spares replaced shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only under relevant item of this schedule.
