Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-II) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Air compresser as per Technical Specification Clause 503..(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.20 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat Type ‘C’ sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with crushed stone chipping of 6.7 mm size defined as passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied @ 0.09 cum. per 10 sqm. and suitable grade bitumen @ 0.65 kg/sqm. on bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type ‘C’ as per technical specification clause 5.12/510.
