Repair and Maintenance of Radial Gates and its accessories of Samal Barrage under Superintending Engineer, Head Works Division, Samal for the year 2025-26.

Supply of Cardium compound (Servo coat 140) 660 Kg, transformer oil(Servo electra) 385kg for cleaning of wire rope of 22 nos. gates by application of transformer oil and then applying cardium compound as per direction Engineer In Charge. The cost is inclusive of Surface preparation of hoist rope including all cost of labor scaffolding, safety material and T&P for cleaning by application of transformer oil as per direction and applying cardium compound. The cost is inclusive of cost of material and labour cess @1%, contractor profit @7.5%.

Supply of servo grease MP3 473 Kg, HS diesel 176 lit, waste cotton 57kg, Hexagonal bolt of different sizes with washer 22kg, Grease nipple 40 Nos. for Greasing of 44 nos. gear box, 44 nos. of trunion, 44 nos. of turn buckle and 22 nos. of Motor as per direction of Engineer In Charge i.e. for 22 Nos. gates. The cost is inclusive of cost of material, labour cess @1% and contractor profit @7.5%.

Supply of Gear oil Servo mesh SP 320-20 Lit, Hexagonal bolt of different sizes with washer 1 kg, Grease 1 Kg, cotton waste 1 Kg per gate i.e. for 22 nos. worm reducer gear boxes including Hire charges of all machineries and equipments and labour cost, for overhauling of worm reducer gear box as per direction of Engineer in charge. The cost is inclusive of cost of material, labour cess @1% and contractor profit @7.5%.

Supply of Servo grease MP3 352Kg, HS diesel 176 lit, waste cotton 20kg, Hexagonal bolt with washer 66 nos., Grease nipple 50 Nos. for Greasing of 16x22=352 pedestal bearing of line shaft and cost of opening cleaning of pedestal bearing, refitting after greasing and realigning including cost of labor, T&P etc as per direction of Engineer In Charge for 22 Nos. of gates. and transportation charges The cost is inclusive of cost of material and labour cess @1% and contractor profit @7.5%.
