Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bounded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 brought up to course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complet all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling bolting for riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or Iron surfaces exc 10 cm width/ girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixed in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick wall finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Jambs, etc to openings (to foregoing items), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding in old work also facing jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts ( wood/steel / RCC) any section including taking out iron strap , bolts and nuts complete and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS angles, bars flats etc as in support for stifening of fencing of fencing wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar works fonfirming to Fe-410 or Fe 310 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts, purpose made,with hexagonal or square headed one end and screwed the other, or screwed the both ends and each end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 10m dia and 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 1mm thick PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing any size 50mmx50mmx2.5 mm or type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for cover slab for man holes /drainsand set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT 10 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out mud/Soil etc from drains including removal of drain covers of any description and re-fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the mud /Soil to a distance exc 500m and n.exc 1500m all as specified and as directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in floors including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing servicebale tiles to stores and rubbish off rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick coloured, rubber moulded glossy finished factory made PCC designer tiles/Pavers, set and jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry as in path/floor over and incl screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The size, Colour & Combination of tiles as approved by GE.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified heavy duty colured tiles area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over a screed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The size, Colour & Combination of tiles as approved by GE.

S&F machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The gap between kerb stone & paver block to be filled by cement mortar and finish to match the shade of interlocking paver block as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in fdns including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.and removing from the campus complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated material exc 250m but up to a distance of 1.5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/breaking of drain pipes of any description of 150mm dia set in cement mortar and disposing off the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete bed (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides for 150 mm dia pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/breaking of drain pipes of any description of 200mm dia set in cement mortar and disposing off the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete bed (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides for 200 mm dia pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced precast cement concrete manhole cover slab of any description and in any position including segregation of reinforcement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Man holes/chambers by removing muck/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul position) upto 1 Mtr depth including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same in position upto 1 Mtr depth of any size of Man holes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48 here in before but depth exceeding 1 Mtr and not exceeding 3 Mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of 200mm bore sewer line under ground of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain mechanically with combined high pressure water jeting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting, high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical round shape nozzles pipe and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line.The entire sludge water shall be disposed off out of Defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening cover of manhole/gully trap, floor trap/WHB/WC upto 1st manhole of any type and any mouth depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manholes/gully trap by manual/mechanical method and cleaning the sewage lines and manholes any size and depth either by water pressure, flushing with water or rodding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangement so as to remove the blockages and making the sewer lines and manholes/gully trap and any type of sewage system related blockage and making fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removing the sludge/solid contents out side defence land, repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab grating all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the area. (Note:- To carry out daily complaints and other works for all areas i.e CMP C&S, RMS, DCA Complex, GTOC, GTE, VLO, SHO, AALC, NCC Dte, PGSGR, AGE E/M Yard, CE Pool & BSO yard.)
