Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Laying and spreading available soil in the sub-grade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with 2 per cent slaked lime having minimum content of 70 per cent of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the desired density to form a layer of improved sub grade

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, M-40, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 430 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Construction of 1000/600 mm dia Hume pipe Culvert & 1x3,1x2 m Span RCC Culvert Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km (5 miles) from the side of work & including watering ,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials,labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work.S.I.No-255

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No-279)

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.NO-306)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone ballast in the propotion of 1 : 1.5 : 3 in bed of causeway excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttring etc. and also icnluding supply etc. and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work Binding wire cost being included in the item.As per S.I. Mild steel or iron wirk in plain work such as reinforced. Concrete or brick work (When not included in an over all rates) Wrought to required shape as necessary including binding for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel wastage and over laping and hooks. S.I.No-504)

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. 279(a).

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with cement and approved coarse sand mortar in 1:3..(SI. No-582)

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall return wall to the full hight, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 S.I.No Ch-12 (12.11)

Dewatering during construction C.C. & R.C.C. work in foundation including supply of Diesel pumps with operater with POL Etc. Complete.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 617. 709, 1204.3.7 S.I.No Ch-12 (12.9)

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.Earth work in embankment by local earth [S.I.No-(3.3+3.5 (i)] Making diaversion for passing conveyance during construction period. Bedding for Pipe Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per Clause 1105 (ii) (S.I. No- ch-9 9.2)

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 6:3:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per Chap-5 S.I. No. 280)
