Construction of 03 No New RCC OHSRs of various Capacities with sill level and FSL as given below, from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3. Providing and fixing DI K-9 D/F expansion joints conforming to (IS-9523 with latest amendments) or latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, Conforming (IS-9523 with latest amendments)and DI K-9 D/F sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing inlet, outlet scour pipe and overflow DI K-9 double flanged pressure pipes centrifugally cast as per IS 8329 with latest amendments duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminum ladder inside, steel ladder outside tank of the OHSR including testing of soil bearing capacity complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil is not less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per Sqm, The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow haudi, including providing & fixing Water Level indicating system and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling within lead of 5 km, including prov. & fixing Rising main and Delivery main to be connected with existing pipeline complete in all respects in following villages :

Village Rode Gurupura (OHSR of capacity 25CUM, Sill level = 16.50M and F.S.L. = 19M)

Village Smallsar Zone-I (OHSR of capacity 250CUM, Sill level = 25.50M and F.S.L. = 30.50 M)

Village Smallsar Zone-II (OHSR of capacity 100CUM, Sill level = 20.50M and F.S.L.=25M)

Repair of existing OHSR capacity 250000 ltr. constructed in village Rode, complete. (As per Analysis)

Providing, Stringing out PVC pipes ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 casting along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete as per specifications including excavation for less than 3 mtr street width

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in - charge)

100 mm I/d sluice valves flanged (For Vill Rode Gurpura)

200 mm I/d sluice valves flanged (For Vill Smallsar Zone-II)

250 mm I/d sluice valves flanged (For Smallsar Zone-I)

Providing, Fixing & jointing Cast Iron Surface box for Sluice Valve, Air Valve, Fire hydrant etc. including all carriages complete 6 No. with Each 3kg I.e (6 x 3 = 18kg)

Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department 6 No. With each of Size (0.9m x 0.9m)

Deduct credit of old sluice valves Lump sum
