Supply and Application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm² in 1 day and 45N/mm² in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm² in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm² Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm², Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm² complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour Applying Concure LP 90 or equivalent over concrete and cement plaster as curing compound as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Materials and labour Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC beam, lintels, columns and slabs etc including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy after dusting of loose dust by blowing air, sealing the same with epoxy cartridges etc as per manufacturer instruction for upto 12mm dia of bar including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Materials and labour Water proofing materials ( BRUSH BOND ROOF GUARD) on the concrete / plastered surfaces by applying three coats @ 1.5 Litres/ Sqm for three coats at 1.00 mm thickness of each coat by using brush or roller complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Drying time between the coats shall be maintained as per manufacturer's instructions and the above application shall be carried out through authorized application of manufacturer. Make:- Fosroc / Siks/ Dr Fixit. Note for item Nos 9 to 18:- Wooden scaffolding shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply and fix Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster or morter of any type of treatment carefully from roof surfaces (without damage of roof) and roughening of surface of old concrete roofing by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to removing dust/debris complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified here in below complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (b) 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in roof padding. (c) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.40 liters per Sqm conforming IS-3384. (d) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm ) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (d) One coat of bituminious aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Ltr/Sqm.

Material and Labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 litres, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc including writing letters/figures boldly & solidly “TANK CLEANED ON ________ (Date of Cleaning )” with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) of height of letter 5 Cm & width 2.5 Cm with oblitering the old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
