Improvement to canal service road of Kalo Main Disty. near Kanthala Aqueduct near RD. 7077m of Kalo Irrn. Project

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site for reuse of massonery with all leads,lifts & delifts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with all cost,conveyance,royalty all taxes all leads,lifts and delifts including all labour T & P. required for completion of the item of work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plain cement concrete confirming to M-15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 40mm and down graded HG crusher broken stone aggregates an sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specificaiton including all cost, of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, taxes, curing upto required period with all all leads, lifts and delifts and transportation by suitable means vibrating concrete mechanically etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin inclkuding cost,conveyance, royalty & all other taxes of materials with all leads,lifts and delifts etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing HYSD bar (SAIL) Brand reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding, tying the grills, laying and placing in proper position as per approved design and drawing including cost, conveyance of 18 to 20 gauge binding wire cost and conveyance of HYSD bars complete in all respect as per specificaiton for road and bridge and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantling. Then after required days of casting including all labour T&P, cost,carriage,royalty and all other taxes of all required materials to complete the item of work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and fixing of RCC hume pipe 900mm dia NP3 in position and jointing them properly with collar joints in CM (1:3) with all cost, labour, carriage T&P curing with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as directed by EIC

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means including striping and cleaning the borrow area loading in to and transportation by mechanical means and un loading the soil and laying on properly prepared and sceintificaly approved surface, breaking clods to 5cm to 7cm size and levelling the earth in 22.50cm layer to make ready for further operation with watering with all cost of labour, supervision charges, materials, T&P, machinaries and equipments, labourcess, royalty if any with construction and maintenance of haul road including all leads, lifts and delifts with all incidental charges as per design, drawing and specification, direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Borrow area will be arranged by the agency at his won cost and responsibility) (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Collecting, conveying, supplying gravel or good laterite moorum of approved quality from approved quarry & stacking at work site for pre-measurement in regular box heaps of size 1.50mx1.50m x0.50m.to be measured as 1.00 cum & conveying from stacks & spreading moorum over the top of the road surface including watering and compacting by PRR to the required density with all leads, lifts & delifts including all cost, carriage, royalty & other taxes of materials labour, labourcess, T & P.supervision charges, mobilization and demobilization, quality control charges and all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
