Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,Breast walls,culverts,drainds and parapets etc. in all types of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil , softs rock and hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD.Technical specifications Clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal ofsuitable material up to all lead and lift, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material to the orignal surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred (fifty milimeters) compected thickness including sorting and sturting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) up to all depth or any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including of carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M 10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand:six graded stone crushed aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size)concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 .including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per direction by the Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of granular sub-base grading-I by providing well graded material, 53 mm to 9.5 mm (fifty three millimetre to nine point five millimetre) @ 50(fifty) per cent, 9.5 mm to 2.36 mm (nine millimetre to two point three six millimetre)@ 20 (twenty) per cent and 2.36 mm (two point three six millimetre) below @ 30 (thirty) per cent mixing in a mechanical mix plant at optimum moisture content, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of requierd distance spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth Three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification clause 401 by mechanical means and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes63 mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five milimeter ) grading-II, 75mm (Seventyfive millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred)static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) niminal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two cubic meter) and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six cubic meter) per 10 square meter (Ten) and to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D.technical specifications clause 405 by mechanical means and as per entire satisfaction or directions by Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other materials.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.85 (Zero point eight five kilograme) per Square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D.technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D technical specifications clause 503including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto any lead and lift laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.as per entire satisfaction or directions by Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Bitumenious Concrete:-Providing and laying 30 mm thick bitumenious concretewith 100-120 TPH capacity batchtype computrised HMP producing an avarage out put oof 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggrigate of specified grading II premixed with VG-10 bitumenious binder as per job mix formula with minimum binder concrete of 5.4%to 5.6% of total weight of mix and filler,transportingthe hot mix to work site laying with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disered compction as per MORTH & Hspecification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.
