Demolition of PCC in roof covering. Kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing tratment of any type all as directed.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces to receive water proofing treatment finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Supplying & applying fiber reinforced UV resistant elastomeric liquid water proofing &and heat reflective coating with acrilic polymers and polyester /glass fibre after scraping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed by engineer In-charge over a coat of primer as per manufacturure instructions (Make:- Asian Paint, M/STP LTD-Shalicry MHI,M/S Sika Cool Coat or equivalent as approved by GE

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.40 kg per sqm conforming to IS: 3384 and a coat bitumen grade 30/40 1.20 kg/ Sqm with a layer of APP based polymeric memberance. 3 mm thick minimum weight not less 150 gms ) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. Side over lap shall be 75 mm and ends shall be 100 mm and all over lap and joints insert upto thr ht 150 cm vertical surface imbeded in wall and finishing in CM 1:3 , embeding membrane into spout pipe , roof down ward facia and shall sealed by torch application with bitumen 30/40 grade, coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radious 75 mm at roof junction,parapet wall and other vertical surface and painetd with hot paving bitumen grade 30/40, confirming to IS -73 @ 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS -3384 @ 0.30 Litre per sqm and all as specified Applicatiion of polymeric memberance shall be torch application all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exc 10cm but n exc 20 cm girth

Taking down cment plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/ stone surface / brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished fair & even.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces including finished fair & even on ceiling.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

All as per serial item No 12 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radious half brick half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls all as specified

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes AC, (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in CM Internal dia of pipe 100 mm

S&F UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, Type 'B', ISI marked of 110mm bore.(pressure should not be less than 5 kg/cm^2)

S&F UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, Type 'B', ISI marked of 110mm bore,including clamping arrangement to wall.(pressure should not be less than 5 kg/cm^2)

S&F UPVC (SWR) bend of any radius of 110mm bore with access door

S&F UPPVC (SWR) Socket 110mm with Access door.(pressure should not be less than 5 kg/cm^2)

Taking up or down the existing serviceable GI steel tubing and connection ,including cleaning and refixing old steel tubing and connection new or old position ( walls,ceiling,floor,trenches etc) of size 15 mm bore

All as per item No. 25 above but 20 mm bore

Dismantling and taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI pipe and S&F for new galvanised steel water rubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 15 mm bore

All as per item No. 27 above but 20 mm bore

Dismantling 500 ltr water tank and M&L new 500 ltr tripple layer threaded type cover, ISI marked rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & including 20mm PVC ball valve all as specified in ssr part-I

M&L for providing rectangular,raised platform of max. hight 20 cm below the tank and base dia 25 cm more than the external dia of tank for PVC cylendrical tank of capicity 500/1000 liters using PCC 1:3:6 type c1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finish including necessary form work etc.

Disconnecting existing tanks, seetting asside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capicity exc 250 ltr & nexc 500 litre (cleaning repairing etc, measured and paid separately)

S&F stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15 mm bore

All as per item No. 32 above but 20 mm bore

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polytheene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe orr brass ferrule for 20 mm bore pipes, fixed in repair

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated etc) sheet in roof covering

M & L 6mm thick asbestes cement corrugated,semicorrugated sheet in roof fixed with " L" type of "J" type hook all as directed.

All as per Item No. 36 above but except sheet

M&L for hollow /fluted polycarbonate sheets 6 mm over all thickness with two walls seprate by ribs in roof fixed at joint with suitable notched for strip Aluminium beads, filled with silicon jel and edge of sheet shall be covered suitable light Aluminium section ( Make :- PDM sourcing,canco fasterns, sun pack plastic or equivalent as approved by GE)

Pre painted galvatume alumimnium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm th, sheeting of anay colour having strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering etc,

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-WA (Gde E-250) quality 'A' all as specified

Preparing previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.
