Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness below or above ground level (including floor finishes) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 40mm crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement, mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick over brick/Stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cast iron/mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hole notching for wire etc, Flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any of standard rails. Section etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing and straining rails and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured

M&L for two Coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over new plastered and other surfaces of walls, including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint including preparation of old plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. on flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
