Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling existing damaged water proofing treatment of any description from roof top and parapet walls and other affected areas by cutting edges using chisel/ mechanical devices, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes to make the surface clean and fresh and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over RCC roof slabs, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/ sunken floors and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned roof/ sunken surface @ 0.30 Kg/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer followed by 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric weighing not less than 150 grams/sqm laid as per the manufacturer instructions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on roof, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces and finally finishing the APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.30 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles in vertical surfaces using size of tiles 350x250x7mm thick/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in frame work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'B', fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminium sheet (Galvalume) GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminium sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminium flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

M&L for seamless gypsum board false ceiling 12 mm thick including for any sunk or raised moulding with 25mm long self drilling/tapping screws having Philips head with joining compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and including GI frame work of seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flange of 20mm and 30 mm, web of 27 mm, fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm c/c / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm c/c with GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting across the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c including hangers 6 mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size, 60 mm long & expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009 including provision of G.I. hangers 6 mm dia wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 4mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) including carrying out repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing back in original position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 32mm dia 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.
