The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25%.
