Renovation, Up-gradation and commissioning after Renovation / Up-gradation of existing 9MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Moving Bed Biological Reactor Technology by providing phosphate removal units and Tertiary Treatment Plant based on Deep Bed Filters followed by Chlorination in existing STP complete in all respect with PLC/SCADA, online water quality monitoring system (Analyzer) with parameters pH, TSS, BOD, COD, N, P, Residual Chlorine and Electrical, Mechanical, Pumping instrumentation works, transformer for additional capacity and all other works contingent thereto including Operation and Maintenance of existing STP/MPS during renovation/up-gradation period and 3 months for trial period or extended trial period as the case may be, till prescribed parameters are attained, whichever is later, 12 months defects liability period after successful trial run and 5 years thereafter on the commissioning of renovated/up-graded STP i.e. after completion of Phosphate removal units, Tertiary treatment plant, Chlorination Unit including O&M during renovation / Up-gradation period as per DNIT complete in all respects at Hodal Distt. Palwal (Haryana) Note: 1. All the Infrastructure except Transformer, High mast lights, construction of Platform (20Sqm) for Transformer, repair of Boundary wall (860m), path ways/ roads 150m (as per detail attached) required to be executed at site to renovation/up-gradation is included in the scope of work of lump sum job. 2. All the Pumping Machinery, Panel Board, Level Sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC & SCADA and shall be synchronized with the PLC panels at MPS,STP, TTP, chemical Treatment, Chlorination site. 3. The size and quantities of all the above components required for repair/renovation/up-gradation will be as per approved Structural/ Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical Design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work. 4. All DI pipes, specials and accessories etc. required within the campus of MPS/STP/TTP etc. will be provided by the contractor/agency. 5. For installation/fixing of machinery it will be responsibility of contractor/agency to divert the flow of existing sewer which may include plugging of sewer and pumping if any. 6. Development of lawns/Plantation etc. at MPS and its up keeping /maintenance as per DNIT. Entire civil works as per DNIT & repair of existing structures/ construction of all structures required for renovation/ up- gradation of plant & any other work contingent there to. (As per detail attached & inclusive of O&M)

Entire mechanical works as per DNIT & repair / replacement existing mechanical equipment/ additional mechanical work & any other works contingent there to (As per detail attached & inclusive of O&M)

Entire Electrical, instrumentation & PLC/SCADA works as per DNIT including up-gradation of existing electrical, mechanical components/machinery/blowers with VFD & instrumentation with PLC/SCADA equipment & any other work contingent there to. (As per detail attached & inclusive of O&M)

Guaranteed closure period of existing STP (Amount to be loaded for recovery if delayed beyond Guaranteed closure period)

Guaranteed completion period for the Up-gradation as per DNIT. (Amount to be loaded for recovery if delayed beyond Guaranteed completion period)
