Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) to brick work in all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S.grills / M.S.shutters/ M.S angle choukath / M.S.Plate shutter / M.S.Grill gate in proper position including making holes in walls or RCC structures and window grills with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of cement wash of approved shade to outside surface with cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats over a cost of cement wash to inside surface to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vertified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600mm coloured/printed series (Homogenous) of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of requied thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance of precast vertified tiles & other materials with all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of vertified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm plain (Ivory) in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury, mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance of precast tiles, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with Enamel paint over iron doors and windows,grills, Grill Gate etc. with sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50mtr lead including stacking the useful materials for resue including cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5cm thick grading concrete of prop.(1:2:2) over roof slab using 6mm size black hard ganite crusher broken chips on new work providing chicken mesh including watering, curring & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P, etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
