Earth work excavation for all soils and sub soils for formation of concrete flooring to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting and refilling the sides of revetments with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered rammed, consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in compound in places shown within the initial land of 10 mtr. And initial left of 2 mtr. Cleaning, leveling boiling out of water if necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard broken granite stone jelly including consolidating curing etc. including dewatering where every necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification for foundation mats flooring etc. and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:3 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix ( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .
