Supply and fixing in repairs Ductile Iron/cast iron, specials with spigot and socket ends fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc, tie pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs(ISI marked) etc upto 250 bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing as in reapir 80mm bore sluice valve cast iron body PN-1.0 heavy duty (ISI marked) long body confirming to IS-14846-2000 withiron wheel head & brass spindle and flanged both ends suitable for fixing with mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber/fibre board gaskets including all jointing materials complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm depth built in one brick thick wall using sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) both internally & externally with using extra cement make internal surface smooth finish, external plaster shall be upto 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made out from not less than 3mm thick MS chequred plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40x40x5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) typ[e B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block of size 230x200x100mm including two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer with and including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil including demolition of old unserviceable existing valve pit & pit cover complete all as shown on site and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone stone aggregate Set in cement mortar 1:6 as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fixingas in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors for 110 mm bore of pipe and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 100mm bore Ductile Iron pipe, Class K-7 suitable for rubber gasket joints in any length, socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) centrifugally laid in trenches and the like in any position complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- DI pipe shall be laid on wall of drain with required support necessary for the same shall deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. No extra payment shall be admissible for support of DI pipe.

Supply and fixing of submersible cable of copper conductor 3 core 6 Sqmm including necessary testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
