A.Medium Velocity Water Spray System for Cable Galleries at SS#1, SS#2 & SS#6.

Supply of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed & Factory Mutual (FM) approved pendent sprinklers having 5.6 K factor, temperature rating 68o C, ½ ” NPT.

Supply of test drain valve 1” UL listed.

Supply of 100 mm UL listed alarm valve & mechanical alarm.

Supply of ½” air release valve with cut-off ball valve ½”.

Supply of rising spindle gate valve of pressure rating PN 16 with companion flange, gasket & nut bolt 150 MM

Supply of rising spindle gate valve of pressure rating PN 16 with companion flange, gasket & nut bolt 100 MM

Supply of rising spindle gate valve of pressure rating PN 16

Supply of heavy grade MS seamless pipe as per IS 1239

Supply of MS Structural steels (Angle: 30 x 30 x 4 mm & 50 x 50 x5 mm, 65 x 65 x6 mmetc.) as required for making of support for pipelines and sprinklers.

Supply of 2 way fire brigade inlet with inbuilt NRV.

Painting of all the pipe lines (with 2 coat primer & 2 coat post office red colour) and painting of structural (with 2 coat primer & 2 coat grey paint) with supply of paints for 03 substations.

Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) under concrete road and laying water pipe line as per scope of work.

Supply of miscellaneous items as per scope of work.

Installation of fire fighting equipments, pipelines, sprinklers etc as per scope of work and testing, commissioning of fire fighting system at 3 nos Substation.

B. Direct low pressure clean agent automatic fire detection and suppression System for 02 nos. substations (SS#3 & SS#4).

Supply of DLP clean agent cylinder (aluminium / stainless steel seamless type) complete with 4.5kg UL Listed clean agent gas (FK-5-1-12 / FM-200 / HFC-227EA / FS49C2) , high grade brass direct valves assembly, T- connectors etc. with mounting bracket, valve mounted pressure gauge and pressure switch to monitor system health and interface with FACP / BMS /SCADA for annunciation. Working pressure of Cylinder :15 Bar and testing pressure : 25 bar and above.

Supply of UL Listed Linear Pneumatic Heat / Fire Detection Tube 6/4mm (OD/ID) as per scope of work

Supply of End of line adopters as per scope of work.

Supply of Pressure Switches as per scope of work.

Supply of 2C x 1.5 sq. mm copper armoured cable for signalling line circuit and notification appliance circuit.

Supply of UL Listed 10 zone Master Control Panel with LCD display and battery backup for interfacing clean agent system pressure switch along with 02 manual call points and 02 audio-visual strobe complete with built in potential free output for FACP / BMS / SCADA / Power trip.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the systems as per scope of work.
