Providing Post constructional Anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2" dia holes at uniform intervels of 12" at the junction of the building and the Chemical ALDRIN (0.50%) will be walls and floors to a depth of 4" to 5" inside or as directed by the departmental officers. The building and the chemical ALDRIN (0.50%) will be quirilled inside these hole leg using hand pressure pumps from itrs fills to it refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center pheriphery of the building will be treated by the making a small chamel around the building and the holes are to be made by ysing crow bar around termicide (ALDRIN) to be squrilled inside these holes after completion of treatment all holes drilling in the walls and floor closed by cement etc complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the departmental officer. The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the executive engineer's before use on the work.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Using Pressed Tiles of 230mm x 230mm x 16 mm to 18mm

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Second Floor

Old Terrace Screed Repair with UV Resistant Waterproof coating below 500 Sq.m - Providing and Applying high perfomance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofng coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofng treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/ mm2 confrming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 200%, Abrasion resistance 21mg confrming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fbre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the frst and second coat completely as per specifcation. The fnished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specifcation.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For Second floor

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

In Second floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles 1200x600x8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of Size : 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Supplying and Fixing the Fasle Ceiling using Hilux Board Plain Sheets (10mm thick) of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using "U" shaped Galvanised iron channels at 1.20 M centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing "U" shaped G.I channels at 0.90 m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing of plaster of paries on the panel provided as per design / patttern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with some plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spotlights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using plywood 12 mm thick and opening should be covered with Acrylic panel complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. All the materials should be got approved before use on work by the Executive Engineer.The rate is including two coats of plastic emulsion painting over the wall coat primer etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Fully Calcium silicate HILUX Board Partition using alu box section and aluminium anodised powder coated frame at an interval of 0.75m at the aluminium frame of size 63.50mm x38.10mmx 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818kg/m with necessary 'L' Angles, screws, nails and fixed in the wall using drilling machine with neat straight alignments etc., after finishing the frame work and fixed with both side 10mm thick HILUX BOARD approved quality and ISI make with necessary screws nails, fevicol and necessary grooves as per instruction of the departmental officers and also cutting the partition for Electrical Switch box and AC Plug Box and telephone Box requirements and finally cleaning the wooden partition for both side with neat position etc. The partition both side should be finished with best wall putty and painting two coats of plastice emulsion paint over one coat of primer including preparation of surface etc. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges aluminium frame work and partition work, transporting charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The materials quality and colours are approved by the departmental Engineer before use of works)

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf. Door Shutter Type : Thickness: 35mm thick

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specifcation. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fxing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fxing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fxed over the plywood using adhesive and fnishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Ofcers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete.

Providing expansion joint 12.5mm width in RCC roof slabs between RCC twin beams using PVC water bar of 150mm wide centre bulb of 4mm to 6mm thickness of approved quality and brand and including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and covering the top surface with GI sheet 30cm wide and 1.6mm thick using phill plugs, GI screws, limpet cup washers, bitumen washers, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
