Labour charges for fixing of precast AAC blocks using jointing compound /adhesive mortar including hoisting , lead and lift all complete.

Labour charges for brick masonry in cement mortar of any mix with 2nd class (100B or 75 A) /bricks including scaffolding secreening of sand and curing complete. lead and lift all complete.

Supply of 2nd class (100B or 75 A) Bricks including loading, unloading, carriage dully delivered at site.All complete

Supply of Nallah Boulder crushed stone aggregates , dully delivered at site of work all complete .

Supply of river sand (coarse)including carriage dully delivered at site of work complete .

Cement plaster external/internal) in cement mortar 1:6 mix 15mm/18mm thick in walls incl,cost & carriage of all involved materail. All complete (the rate shall include the cost of scaffolding but exclude the cost of cement)

Providing & applying 2mm wall putty over plastered surfaces incl. Cost & carriage, scaffolding. All complete

Providing & applying POP over concrete surfaces all complete job.

Providing & applying water proof cemetn priming coat over wall putty and POP surface all complete job.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats All complete job.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (volatile orgnic compound) content les than 50 grams/litre, of approved brand and manufacture, incluidng applying additional coats whereever required, to achieve even shade & colour (Two or more coats)
