ADDITION/ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIR OF DRILL GROUND AT RRRC UNDER GE (P) EAST DELHI CANTT-10

Dismantling of existing damaged bitumen surface as per requirement in single pass with suitable cold milling machine fitted with loading covey or for load the milled material directly on the trucks up to any depth and hauling the milled material up to any lead and stacking at nearest recycling plant site (80% of scrapped volume material will be assume to be retrieved) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces and applying evenly a prime coat of with paving bituminous primer ( Grade VG-10) rate of application of @ 7.5 Kg per 10 sqm using primer distributor which shall be self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified.

M & L for providing, laying and compaction of bituminous macadam (BM) throughly upto 75mm thickness conforming to clauses 504 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works (Fifth revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregate and granular material etc of grading 11 as per table 500-7 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (fifth revision) premixed with bituminous binder, bitumen grade VG-30 @ 4% (percentage by wait of total mix) prepared in Batch Type hot plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat over BM with paving bituminous primer ( Grade VG-10) rate of application of @ 5.00 kg per 10 sqm using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified.

M & L for providing bituminous premix dense ashpaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed, hot mixed with coarse aggregate using paving bitumen (Grade VG-30) @ 6.0% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient with 8 to 12 Ton power rolled by using mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surface with 8 to 12 ton power road roller watering as necessary including fillling in hollows and depression to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone of size range 100mm to 50mm spread thickness 150mm, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet mix macadem (WMM) in 2 layers (each 75mm thick) par table 400-13 of MORTH specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of brick, laid dry on end vertically with old size sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not execeeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/ loose soild and getting out all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beam, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, post and struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides for concrete foundation, footing, base of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts columns etc, all as specfied and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended flab slabs such as roof slab, floor slab not exc 200mm thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with MS wire (anealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 above but 5mm dia and over to including 10mm in stirrups spacers and binders all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick works or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade-202) of flat-30mm x 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner including hold fastners, polishing, rubbing & incl silicon treatment all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window-cill, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of grantie incl moulding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/ bed blocks including weathering rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work required as in specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surface finshed even cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces finshed even cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation on new plastered surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of cement based paint over newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surface surplus soil to a distance of 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at the level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.
