Accessories for applying the emulsion should be able to spray in hand to reach areas and achieve the good wounding and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 32 mm dia low density polyethylene pipes with bends as required (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/sqcm, fixed to wall, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as directed.

M & L for factory made uPVC white colour sliding windows, area not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm (plus or minus 0.2 mm). Window profile with hollow sections with multi chamber, frame (88 mm x 52 mm), sliding sash (42 mm x 67 mm), sliding mesh sash (42 mm x 57 mm), sliding interlock (One vertical lenght in each shutters) (45m5 mm x 28 mm), glazing bead (24.5 mm x 16 mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing of hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 plus or minius mm thick galvanized steel frame (30 mm x 18 mm) 2 Nos, sliding sash (30 mm x 18 mm), sliding mesh sash (26 mm x 10 mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasterners. Hardware : Touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and required accessories) (Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpuse (ii) Provision for AC opening to be provided in each window. (iii) A fixed glass to be provided in each opening for AC. ).

Ditto all as per item No 108 here-in-before but area exceeding 2.00 Sqm and not exceeding.

S and F factory made uPVC any colour fixed/top hung glazed window/ventilators (One with glass shutter and another wire mesh shutter. Both shutter shluld be top hung made of (small series frame 47mm x 50 mm mullion 47mm x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9mm plus minus 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (area up to 0.75 Sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.6 plus or minius 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming, process of required length (shape and size accoring to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, GI fasterners 100mm x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finish wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilleing of holes for fixing of hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over back up rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.. Note : (i) For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile demension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made to the contractor. Hardware : Cost of Stainless wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and required accessories will be included in quoted unit rate and Glass will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch 'A' . only Net opening will be measured for payment purpuse).

S & F 5 mm thick ordinary glass not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

S & F 2 mm thick fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick fiberglass reinforced plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC hinges of 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm long aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 150 mm long Aluminum anodised bow handle fabricated type extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 18 mm thick 100% Lead free both side plain laminated PVC/WPC sheet of any colour with using sunmica of choice colour on both side for kitchen cabinet shutters, shelves and shutters for cup board or similar use and required bracket etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bending tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per manufacterer’s instruction and make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All fittings and fixtures such as Soft closer, handles, piano hinges etc for shutter should be included in the unit rate quoated by the contractor).
