Providing services for operation of Central AC plant installation of capacity 2 x 53 TR at bldg No 85 of SRP Division at inside HEMRL Complex Sutarwadi Pune, in two shift of 08 hours each (i.e. from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) per day on all working days excluding Sundays & Holidays by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The minimum numbers of tradesmen to be emloyed by contractor shall be as per sch 'A' note No 20(b) on page 15R of CA.

Providing services for operation of Central AC plant installation of capacity 3 x 60 TR at SRP Carpentry lab Bldg No 75 at inside HEMRL Complex Sutarwadi Pune in one shift of 08 hours (i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) per day on all working days excluding Sundays & Holidays by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The minimum numbers of tradesmen shall be as per sch 'A' note No 20(a) on page 15R of CA.

Providing services for operation of Central AC plant installation of capacity 1 x 12 TR, at SRP Sub Scale Division at inside HEMRL Complex Sutarwadi Pune in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) per day on all working days excluding Sundays & Holidays by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The minimum numbers of tradesmen shall be as per sch 'A' note No 20(b) on page 15R of CA.

Providing services for operation of Central AC plant installation of capacity 3 x 25 TR, at SRP New Russian Mixer of Mixing Division at inside HEMRL Complex Sutarwadi Pune in one shift of 08 hours (i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) per day on all working days excluding Sundays & Holidays by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The minimum numbers of tradesmen shall be as per sch 'A' note No 20(a) on page 15R of CA.

Providing services for operation of Central AC plant installatioins of capacity mentioned against Srl item Nos 01 to 10 herein before in BOQ in emergent / operational requirement located at inside HEMRL Complex on Sunday and Holiday or beyond the normal working hours in day / night hours by deploying requisite well trained tradesman for one shift for 04 hours in continuation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The minimum numbers of tradesmen shall be as per sch 'A' note No 20(c) on page 15R of CA. Notes for sl item Nos 1.0 to 11.0 here-in-before : (i) A log book shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time and hours of services / break down/complaint attended including any delay thereto attending services/breakdown/complaint, if any. (ii) Printed plant running record book to be supplied by contractor and daily necessary parameters readings are to be recorded by deployed tradesman and submit every month at the end of month duly signed by contractor all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The entire plant room and surroundings are to be kept neat & clean. (iv) Cleaning tools and consumable material as cotton wastes, brooms required for the maintenance are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (v) Names of the tradesmen deployed for the services shall be exhibited at installations. The contractor will submit verification in respect of antecedent of the tradesmen deployed and the security passes shall be obtained well in advance for the tradesmen deployed for the duty. (vi) No additional payments on account of transportation will be done from the department. (vii) Contractor shall ensure that well qualified tradesmen holding ITI certificate, well trained and experienced only be deployed under providing services. (viii) Unit quoted rates are deemed to be included for any due servicing of component and likewise any minor defect rectification as decided by Garrison Engineer. (ix) The workers deployed on the services shall wear uniform as per standard industrial dress code to exhibit professionalism and integrity of the workers. The unit quoted rates against the items shall deemed to be included above said provisions and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained by the Govt. (x) In case the rates quoted are lower than the minimum fair wages as fixed by the Govt of India /State Govt / Union Territory whichever is higher, the Accepting officer shall have the rights to reject the offer, No claim or any sort of appeal on this account shall be entertained.
