Carryout the Renovation works in TNCSC Godown campus at VK puram Unit-I & II in Madurai District. Dismantling RCC and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Loading platform slab

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S.Channel 100x50x6mm at the edge of loading platform with M.S bolt of 16mm dia of 45 cm long protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with C.M 1:3 complete including painting the exposed surface of M.S Channel with two coats of Anti corrosive mtalic nut brown colour paint over one coat red oxide primer.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works).

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

(The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Steel Door (Single Leave) with the following specification MS angels of size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18 x 5mm MS flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 Nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 300mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2 Nos., one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided. 250 x 16mm size of two aldrops are provided in single leaf door at lock rail section in the door for inner and outer provided and one rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of approved quality and best variety of B Class pipes of the 25mm dia including labour for fixing PVC Specials (excluding charges for cutting and threading and cost of such specials) with necessary shellac, thread ball, etc., and making holes on the wall / concrete and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary brick work / concrete. The pipes are to be painted with one coat of tar and tightly pastened with tar dipped gunny tape, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 32mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make confirming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling AC sheet and FRP sheet roofing without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of new FRP sheet and cost of materials and labour and conveyance charges etc. complete complying with standard specification

Labour charges for re alignment of existing AC Corrugated sheets including fixing of ridges, cost of U or J bolts and nuts, bitumen washers, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete.

Supply and fixing of Tarfelt with 3mm thick laid by bituminous compound including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of plain glass 4mm thick including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.
