Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil and working in liquid mud / foul condition all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exeeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, AC, Reinforced concrete etc; any type of 300mm internal dia of pipe and jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 300mm bore, NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) laid in trenches including testing of joints etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for concrete bed to 300 mm bore RCC pipe 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work except bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Above quoted rates includes working in foul environment for sewage work like manhole etc

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1 :4 in half brick wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-cast U shape RCC drains 80 mm thick size 400 wide x 600 mm (drain measured out to out) and depth 300 to 500 mm (T-25) on and including cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 , 100 mm thick bed to drain complete all as of make M/s Fuji Silvertech or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-cast U shape RCC drains 80 mm thick size 400 wide x 600 mm (drain measured out to out) and depth 500 to 800 mm (T-25) on and including cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 , 100 mm thick bed to drain complete all as of make M/s Fuji Silvertech or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, levelling the surface, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and applying two coats on walls with spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6 sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade and applying one coat of cement base water proofing wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick suitable for external surafce. Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by GE before starting of work, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inch/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller and M&L for two coats spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade and applying one coat of waterproofing wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick suitable for external surafce. Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by GE before starting of work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid to slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system, without , each bay shall not exceed 3m in length, 12mm wide joint & 50mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with Mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of heater hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated Badarpur sand (by volume) over and including Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 25 cm x 25cm x 25 mm thick set & jointed and pointed in cement slurry to match over 15mm thk screed bed in CM1:6 on plinth , complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of drains/channels by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc. manually or mechanicaly of any width, depth and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Declogging/cleaning of hume pipe by completely removing silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc manually or mechanicaly from 200 mm bore nexc 450 mm bore and and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land. All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water. Collected waste ,silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm thick (any size of cover slab) factory made SFRC manhole cover of any size & pattern, perforated/soild with 1mm thick MS sheet frame all around edges of cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing unserviceable cover slab and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed

S& F facory made coloured glossy finish interlocking cement paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with,topping of cement mixed with imported pigment, laid over 40 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand including dismentling of existing tiles of any description or in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts, coping on edges etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 150 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors including demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, PVC, Reinforced concrete etc; complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made precast cement concrete rounded edge kerb stone of size 300mm in height and 150mm thick, cast in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stone and necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, tamping ground around blocks and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 18-20 mm thick as in floor, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish including dismantling existing stone slabs, and tiles of any discription or in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab, 18-20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish including dismantling existing stone slabs, and tiles of any discription or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, angle, square hollow pipe etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; tracking for steel gates; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and making good the surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc dismantling of existing fencing of any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanished chain link fencing with 3.80 mm dia wire and aperature size 50 mm x 50 mm including line wires including strain bolts, binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, any size or any type including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work in post or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as mitred, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary driliing, bolting or roveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples, plain mild steel wire ,in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
