M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling timber framed and fixed, clean sawn or in any position such as truss,purlin etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof for ridge ,Eve board etc fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (FRLSH) PVC insulated, single core, unsheathed, multi stranded 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable drawn through in PVC Cassing capping double lock on ceiling/wall, with and including continuous 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly and including in existing metal sheet enclosure rectangular terminal boxes of suitable size suitable for mounting flush type switches for one light point/bell push point complete all as specified and as directed. Note - quoted rate shall include PVC casing caping and all connected accessories.
