Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instruction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

plate No.3 of MES Schedule (Part I) (2009) connected to earth test point/ main switch/ DB all as specified including testing on completion with and including 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 meter long for GI earth strip including PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 pit with 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4), type B -1 cover reinforced with 12mm dia MS bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with lifting hooks made out of 12mm dia MS bars, wire mesh funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, as specified including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART XXII (MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFTS DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate left "BLANK" under column 5 signifies this fact only..

Notes for Items No.59.01 to 59.03 below:- (i) The outsourcing of operation of lifts by lift operator shall commence immediately after completion of entire work. (ii) Lift operator must have at least three years practical experience in lift erection and maintenance work or worked for five years as lift operator elsewhere in private sector. During emergencies, such as power failure, when lifts are trapped in between floors along with passengers, the operator must know how to release the passenger safely out from the lift at nearest floor landing. (iii) The lift operator must be available at lift site of 400 ORs Accn Arty centre during his eight hours duty time as specified. (iv) No payment will be made if lift operator absent and effective recovery @ Rs.1200/- shall be made for per shift per operator . (v) No escalations applicable to this schedule (Schedule 'A' Part XXII) and nothing extra shall be payable. (vi) Proper attendance register shall be maintained. (vii) Log Sheet in prescribed format as directed/suggested by Engineer- in- Charge/ GE will have to be arranged and maintained by contractor/firm for which no extra payment paid on this account. (viii) Lift operator must wear proper uniform with name of operator and firm name embroided. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide uniform to operator with out any extra cost. Dress code shall be as approved by GE. (ix) The staff engaged by contractor shall be well behaved and polite. Any misbehaviour by any worker shall be taken up seriously. The concerned labour shall have to be removed immediately by the contractor and alternative arrangement for the same shall be made without any break. (x) Department shall not be responsible for any accident or injury to any labour while on work. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to watch the welfare of the labour deployed by him. He shall keep a First Aid Box at site with all necessary medicines. (xi) The Contractor shall provide a Mobile phone (Kept at Lift Operator) with incoming & outgoing facility to contact in emergency during any breakdowns etc. (xii) Careful control on the plant and maintain clean and hygenic condition. (xiii) Any tradesman/employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment for more than 11 month.

Outsourcung for operation of Lift installed in 400 Rects OTM Accn to serve Four floors (Ground floor and Three upper floors) including operation all E/M inventory pertains to lifts in three shifts per day each consisting of eight hours shift including Sundays & Holidays by employing the man power of qualified Lift operator - 01 person per shift as per the following shift timings including reliver for weekly off for entire system comprising including maintenance of necessary records like log book etc complete for First year during defects liability period after physical completion, testing and taking over of Lifts by MES all as specified and as directed.

(a) Man power to be employed per day:- (i) Lift Operator - 02 Persons (One Lift Operator per shift of 8 hours each for 2 shifts) (b) Shift Timings :- (i) First Shift - 0600 hours to 1400 hours (ii) Second Shift - 1400 hours to 2200 hours
