Taking out old unserviceable CI water mains of 100 mm bore of pipe including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints complete all as specified directed

Taking out old unserviceable CI water mains of 200 mm bore of pipe including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints complete all as specified directed

Supply, lay in trenches, connect joint, test and commission of 100mm dia bore Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard lenghts suitable for Push-On Rubber gasket joint including necessary bends/fittings any types complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.2 here in before but Flanged end DI Pipe of size 100 mm bore for rising mains including fixing necessary clamps, nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, connect joint, test and commission of 200mm dia bore Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard lenghts suitable for Push-On Rubber gasket joint including necessary bends/fittings any types complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing of DI, heavy duty, specials of any size such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket, flanged end etc], sockets, tail pieces, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, including rubber gasket and tyton joints adopters etc suitable for DI Spigot and Socket or Flanged pressure pipes up to 200mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 100 mm bore of pipe, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 80 mm bore of pipe, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC (1:4:8), Type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Cement Mortar (1:6) 40 mm thick PCC, (1:2:4) Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil and rubbish not exceeding 50m distance and including demolition of old Valve Chambers of any description complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for cutting the existing water main 100 mm dia and taking out connection including all materials and excavation, earth work required complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement steel water tubes medium grade (ISI marked) galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid on floor or in ceilings of size 25 mm bore pipe including taking out of old pipelines complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out ACB breaker for repair and servicing by disconnecting and dismantling the ACB breaker rating 2000 Amps / 1000 Amps make L&T by carrying out repair/ servicing , checking and renewing the defective shunt trip coil & UV trip 230 V AC , checking and rectifying the defective CTs and rectifying the mechanism operation including spring charge system, reinstalling the same in the panel and providing necessary line and connections complete all as specified and directed.
