Dismantling of timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position such as in rafter, purlins etc in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of timber fillets , rails, posts, rafters, purlin etc under 40 sqcm in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

M&L for clean sawn 2nd class hard wood as in scantling more than 40 Sqcm in sectional area fixed to timber/iron frame work complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge

S&F rolled mild steel section work as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410W(Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc fixed with L-type or cranked hood bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, Trapezoidal roofing profile with 190 mm Pitch & 29 mm depth of profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed. Note: The sheet design /colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil all as specified and directed

M&L Painting to new steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L of E-boards "Everest " Make 600 X600 X4mm thick, white prelaminated self-embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GI sheet and of size 24 X 32X 300mm and spaced at 1200mm centre to centre screwed fixed to the soffit of structure by hanger as approved at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 2 run 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to centre to form 1200 X600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independly 600 X600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between 1200mm cross tee. The perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GI sheet of size 19mm X19mm and 3000mm long of white powder coated all as specified by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
