Clean removal of cement plaster from walls, and clearing away the materials removed to the place shown by the Engineer-in-charge including labour, lead lift, etc., complete.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using II-Class table moulded chamber burnt pricks of size 9” x 4 3 / 8” x 2 3 / 4” for Super structure (Ist Floor) including cost of all materials, leads, lifts, labour etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12 mm thick for brick wall surface for outside and inside for all floors at all levels, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 12 mm thick for ceilling including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Removal and Supplying, aligning and fixing of 110 mm PVC rain water pipe (4 kg/ Sq.cm) with necessary specials including fixing to wall with necessary clamps and screws, with necessary scaffolding, including cost of all materials, labour, T&Ps, lead, lift, etc.complete.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls and pressed tiles and flooring weathering course including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour complete, etc.,

Ellis pattern floor finishing of 20mm thick with cement concrecte 3 to 10mm chips including cost of all materials, curing, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing country wood windows including removal of shutters, frames, hinges and fastening etc., complete and the same will be devoluted to central store/dindigul as wooden scrap

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of M.S. window of size 1.00 x 1.20 m with two leaf steel shutters including all materials such as frame shutters of size ISA 35 x 35 x 6 mm, intermediate vertical member of size ISNT 35 x 35 x 5 mm, shutter frame of size 25 x 25 x 3mm, 18 guage M.S. sheet, 11 Nos. of 12 mm dia M.S rods, holdfasts, hinges, holding device, labour charges for fabricating and fixing in position, all leads, lifts, etc., complete but excluding painting.

Dismantling the existing RCC concrete including necessary labour materials and T&P's involved etc. (Removed materials as instructed by the Engineer-incharge)

Removal of existing damaged pressed tiles -Wearthering course and clearing away the debris carefully to the place as instructed by the Engineer etc.complete.

Wearthering course made up of concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime over R.C.C. roof slab, (the proportion being 32:12.5) for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required, well beaten with wooden beaters, and terrace florring with one course of pressed tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm using cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil 10 percent by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over cement plastred wall surface, over one coat of white cement ceiling and other surface cel ceiling and other new surface and paint and of approved colour, including cleaning preparing the surfaces, cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over new iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including cost of all materials, lead, lifts, labour etc., complete.

Painting two coats with readymixed paint of best quality and colour to old iron work including cost of all materials, Labour, Lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge
