Taking down of ceiling fan of any size /sweep after disconecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after cleaning the dust, oiling, greasing & hanging clamps/Rubber real (if Required) complete including providing twin core flexible copper conductor multistranded cord from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Works will be carried out at the site.

Servicing of ceiling fan of any make and sweep after opening and cleaning rotor bearing and stator properly and oiling/greasing of bearing/ bushes, reassmbling the same, fixing and connecting on its existing position and testing on completion all as specified and as directed including taking down. Note- (a) Overhauling of ceiling fans will be carried out at AGE E/M Yard only. (b) The spares required shall be measured and paid separately in the relevant items.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling fan blades and providing new ceiling fan blades with fixing new screw as apporpriate shape /size suitable for ceilling fan of any make and size 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of wall fan blades, made from ABS plastic of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of ceiling fan/ 1200/1400 mm sweep/Exhaust fan 225 to 450 mm sweep complete including fan blade down rod with synthetic enamel paint of white in colour including cleaning and removing dust and dirt and making smooth surface for painting including writing MES No complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/removing of worn out gun metal bush and supply and fix new gun metal bush for various make of ceilling fan of size 1200 to 1400 mm sweep complete all as specifide and as directed (Make - MSP).

Supply and fix bearing for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - TATA/SKF No.6201).

Supply and fix bearing for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - TATA/SKF No.6202).

Supply and fix bearing for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - TATA/SKF No.6203).

Supply and fix bearing for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - TATA/SKF No.6204).

Taking out/ removing of defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 2.25/ 2.5 MFD 230 volts with conector (capacitor holder with nut) including PVC clamps nuts, as approved make for various make of ceilling fan complete all as specified as directed .

Taking out/ removing of defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 4 MFDas approved make for various make of exhaust fan complete all as specified as directed

Taking down and dismantling of ceiling fan, segregation of unserviceable parts, cutting and removing out of burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding of fan armature with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire with necessary insulating materials such as vertex paper, cotton tape, PVC insulation tape, Rotter soft etc varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up, re-assembling the fan complete with replacement of unserviceable spares parts, (spareparts will be measured & paid separately) including necessary lathe work for fixing of bush/bearing greasing the same with approved grade of grease, making all electrical connection and supply and fixing the following items and including necessary transportion to MES workshop, for 1200/1400/1500mm sweep fan complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Repairs works for spares will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of split pin, lock nuts, rubber bush, capacitor clamps, screws, bolts, nuts and washers etc if required to be fitted shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Re Fixing or hanging only ceiling fan after re-winding fan under Serial item No. 13.00 here-in-above and connecting up including provision of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan (max up to 1m length) complete all as specified and as directed.

Takning down/removal of exhaust/wall mounted fan of any type and size after disconnecting the conection from exiting ceiling rose to connector and transportation to work shop /cleaning externally dismantlling and examining the rotor /stator /bearing / bushes etc for serviciablity /repairing/replacing/defective parts and oiling / greasing / re-asembling/ testing for propper functioning cheking for safety/ security and propper locking transporting back to building /site to workshop/hanging /fixing and connecting the electrical conection testing of noise free smooth runing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out defective /burnt winding of exhaust fan of various make of size 200 to 300 mm sweep working on 230 to 380 volts single phace /AC, material and labour for Rewinding with supper enamelled new copper wire of appropriate Gauge including varnishing good quality varnish heating up and re-assembling the fan /testing /transportation /placement of connector flexible copper wire size 23/0.0040, 3 core up to one metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Exhaust fan after winding fan any hight under Serial item No. 16.00 here-in-above and connecting up including provision of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan (max up to 1m length) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Split pin complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting up flexible copper wire twin core of 23/.0078 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing broken /cracked Canopy of any make and type and supply and fix new canopy of existing make and size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rubber real/pad of suitable size for ceiling fans of any size and any make as required complete all as specified and as directed

S&F metallic clamps for hanging of ceiling fans with nuts and bolts, split pin and rubber bush etc. complete all as specifed and as directed

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make upto 50 Litres capacity after disconnecting all electric connections, descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly, etc. by using chemical and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking and arresting leakage if any, reassembling the geyser after servicing and replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing including water line connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Spare parts, like heating element, thermostats, flexi connection for hot water /PVC connections etc. shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Painting shall be measured and paid separately.
