It has to be issued by Engineer-in-Charge of Government Department / undertaking not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent.

RequiredBID CAPACITY: The tenderer who meets the above qualification criteria and whose available bid capacity is more than ECV value will be qualified for opening of price bid. i.e 2AN-B>ECV

RequiredAnnual turnover certificate issued by Executive Authority or certified by CA along with Saral form and , Profit & Loss Account in any one financial year during the last ten financial years
