Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump sets with allied equipment as under-

Horizontal Split Casing / Multi stage Centrifugal Pump :- As per IS 5120 [make: Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & Platt], capable of fullfilling following requirements. mounted on common base plate and coupled with TEFC, squirrel cage induction motor (IE3), rating of motor 20% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 1500rpm, 415V, 50Hz [make:Kirloskar/ABB/Crompton Greaves/Marathon] pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve, standard fittings etc. including construction of MS Suction and delivery header, jointing it with Suction and Delivery line by providing required MS/CI pipes, flanges,reducer and specials, nuts bolts, packings etc. all complete as per the requirement, standards and instruction of E/I. (Contrator will again have to check the design of motor, pump & he will to get it approved by the Deptt.)

Cable: Power wiring with required 50 Sq mm, 3.5 core, 1.1KV grade, armoured cable, Standard Aluminium conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated cable from Transformer to Stablizer & Panel (MCP) including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Cable: Power wiring with 3 core, 1.1 KV grade, Unarmoured cable, Standard Copper conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated cable from Panel (MCP) to Motors & Staters including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Earthing: Earthing with copper earth plate including accessories and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required conforming IS:3043.

Starter : Supplying, installation, testing & commissi-oning of assembled Fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate induction motor with no volt coil, over load relay and ON/OFF push buttons, with necessary material and connected to supply, etc. all complete.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of DP structure in Rail / RSJ Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.
