Providing and Fixing of Copper Earthing in T.E Bldg. at MIET and Old Shradhapuri, Meerut.

Breaking of R.C.C / Tiles Floor and digging / excavation of earth pits size 4' x 4' x 13' depth complete as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Making Good the damage of floor i/c refilling the soil complete as required.

S.I.T.C of Maintenance Free Gel Earthing with the Help of 1 no. Copper Tube Electrode complete with Earth Pit Chamber fabricated out of MS/CI material of suitable thickness, filling of good quality of soil in the pit to obtain desired earth resistance. Copper Electrode shall be of 50mm dia,10 feet long with extended 30 x10 mm Copper Strip (5 Inches) fixed at top as terminal. Copper Electrode’s should be sealed from both the ends and filled with highly conductive and non corrosive nature crystalline material. Along with Copper Electrode, moisture Booster compound (BFC) 75 Kg shall be supplied to fill surrounding of Electrode at the time of installation to retain moisture around the electrode etc. Complete as reqd.

Supplying & Fixing of Single Core 50 Sqmm Copper conductor XLPE insulated, PVC innersheathed Unarmoured Power cable for connection of earth electrode to earth bus bar i/c lugs, nut & Bolts etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface etc. as required.
