S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid moulded PVC door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (style) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face with particle face supply & fixing on frame, as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other frames/chowkhat of size 50x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS scews having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (face) and 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Note :- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile demension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum frame density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (face) and 900N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hings of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws , all as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge. Note :- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS Screws shall be paid separately)

S&F for 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of panel. The comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum frame density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (face) and 900N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hings of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws , all as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge. Note :- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS Screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, locking arrangement ,C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long butt hinges, extruded alluminium alloy/stain less steel with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed , type B-21 complete all as specified and directed.
