Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in solft loose soil incl old U/s cable cover of ant type, taking out/laying/cleaning/repairing of CI/GI pipe line, cable etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in & including spreading, levelling & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in hard standing for crossing the road as per the authorized width for taking out/laying/cleaning/repairing of CI/GI pipe lines all as directed including making good the road cut to match with the existing surface either with bituminous macadam or with PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up unserviceable CI/DI rusted/ broken pipe line (including all fittings) with spigot and socket/ Flanged ends and removal from site including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes/bores of pipes :- (Earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Laying only in trenches DI/CI pipe with spigot and socketed ends complete after cleaning properly thoroughly & removal of all blokage removing all site and deposited organics inside using bamboo or rod with brush complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes/bore of pipes :-

Supply & laying in trenches ductile iron (DI) pipe with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast iron class 'K-7' in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes/bore of pipes (DI fittings and jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately) :-

(a) 200 mm bore dia

(b) 150 mm bore dia

(c) 100 mm bore dia

Supply and laying DI pipe with flanged ends centrifugally cast iron class 'K-7' laid in trenches/wall/over head tank of any length of the following sizes, complete all as specified and directed (DI fittings and jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately) :-

Dismantling old broken / damaged valve pit chamber and construct valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 1050 mm x 1050 mm (internal dimention) complete including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally) and including 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19.00 above but size of valve chamber is 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal) and all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of sprinkler with single discharge nozzle 9 mm bore and all fitting including taking down unserviceable sprinkler, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Premier / ZM-22 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in replacement hydraunt (quick coupling valve) made out of aluminium alloy with plastic powder coating and having positive action, self closing spring loaded brass valve arrangement the out let having hinged rubber lid, inlet size 40mm with 32mm out let including taking down unserviceable hydraunt with complete fitting, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Drip N Drip/Premier or equivalent.

Taking down carefully aluminium batten point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture.

S&F of LED batten luminaire surface mounted,2 feet system wattage of 10 Watts, system lumen efficiency >90 lumen/watt, 3200k and including connecting from ceiling rose to fitting incl taking down old unsv light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replcement flood light 45 watt 240 volt 50 Htz 4500/6500K 120 lumen/watt IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB SPN 8 way Horizontal, IP - 43 Protection double door 240 V AC 50Hz with for MCB SPN as incomer and DP/SP MCBs as out going with tinned copper bus bar ,neutral link earth link, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amp Amps 240 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'C' curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'C' curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 6-32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing of 9 W LED Bulbs, high energy efficiency LED luminaries to be fitted on existing holders 240 V,50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
