Loading, Fabrication and modifications of M.S. Items as per site requirement.

Erection of Single S.T. Pole including fixing of 11 KV V type cross arm/L.T. Brackets/suspension clamp with eye hook/ dead end clamp with eye hook etc. with hardware fittings

Erection of double pole structure including fixing of top channel, fuse set on fuse set channel etc. as per standard specifications.

Earthing of supports as per standard specifications.

Fixing of stay rod and its erection and grouting by fitting of stay clamp. Stay wire and its proper binding and tightening etc.

Grouting of pole with cement brick ballast and coarse sand as per standard specification.

Making plinth of single pole of 400 mm dia, 600 mm height (200mm underground) with C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 of cements, stone ballast and coarse sand including cost of Civil Material.

Painting of Steel Tubular Poles after rubbing, cleaning with emery paper and coating one coat of redoxide on full length of pole and then two coat of Aluminum paint upto X-arm from top incluidng cost of paint and redoxide paint used should be ISI mark 1st class enamel paint.

Laying, stringing, tensioning and binding of ACSR Dog conductor for H.T. O.H. line

Opening of H.T. Jumpers from the existing 3 Phase 3 Wire H.T. O.H. line for erection work.

Opening of LT Jumpers from the existing L.T. O.H. line for erection work.

Chopping of tree branches lying in the route of over head HT/LT line touching the tree branches to the phase line conductor making fault to the feeder, for 3” to 18” dia or as per requirement of site.

Loading, carriage & unloading of distribution Transformers (upto 630 KVA) from store to site & vise-versa or from site to another site.

Erection of Distribution T/F on plinth/Double pole structure.

Dismentalling of existing distribution T/F (Up to 630 KVA)

Connection of H.T. Jumper from fuse set to H.T. Bushing of the distribution transformer.

Fitting of L.T. D.B. by brackets & clamps on double pole structure & L.T. Cable Connection from T/F Cable to L.T.D.B.

L/C for mounting of Pin/Disc Insulator

Connection of L.T. cable from L.T.D.B to L.T.O.H.

Jumpering of H.T.Lines from the existing HT O.H. line.

Jumpering of L.T. Lines from the existing LT O.H. line.

Erection of Drop out fuse set on Double Pole structure

Energizing and shifting of load on newly installed transformer from near over loaded transformer after construction of necessary LT OH Line. (If required)

Construction of T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer size of the plinth will be 1.2x1.2x1.2 meter solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth.

Fabrication, erection & grouting of T/F fencing of frame size 3x2.4 mtr. including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10 SWG wire fabric, including Painting fo two coats of paint on iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil and dust.

Supply of 40 mm dia class 'B' G.I. Pipe 40' long including M.S. flat 50x6 mm/ 1x95 sq. mm XLPE cable along with all related materials required for distribution T/F earthing work.

Boring 39' deep and connection of neutral bushing with G.I. Pipe through M.S. flat/ earth wire with proper connection arrangement.

Loading carriage and unloading of ACSR Conductor (New/Old and used/scrap) from store to work site or vice versa.

Carriage of all concerning stock material except mentioned above from Kesco. Store to site or vice-versa.
