Transportation of Reverse Rotary machine for drilling of the borewell to the site of borewell and removal of the drilling machine with all T&P and boring accessories after completion of borewell including site clearance followed by trial bore upto 100 meters below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for drilling & reaming the bore hole by Reverse Rotary rig method of size 350mm dia bore, in any type of strata including electrologging to find out potable water strata, prepration of site by cutting the grass bushes and leveling the same including disposal of soil from the site including submission of electrologging report complete from ground level to upto 60 meter depth all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but from 60 meter depth to upto 120 meter depth all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but from 120 meter depth to upto 150 meter depth all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, lowering and welding MS ERW pipe of size 200mm bore having thickness 8.00mm as per IS-4270:1992 including welding of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply, lowering and welding MS ERW slotted housing pipe of size 200mm bore having thickness 8mm as per IS-4270:1992 and slot size 2"(Inch) x 1/16" (Inch) and area of slot between 15 to 22% of screened area including welding of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and pouring / packing washed pea gravells of size 3mm to 5mm round in shape around the linear assembly to the entire depth of bore hole upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F housing clamp for 200mm bore pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts, nuts & washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F housing clamp for 50mm dia pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts, nuts & washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 200mm bore pipe in two pieces having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for development of borewell by means of Revrese Rotary rig followed by compressor of minimum 250 PSI capacity and over pumping by Submersible pump of suitable capacity untill the sand free water obtained and carrying out necessary all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Yield test by 'V' notch method and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for chemical/ bacteriological analysis and potablity test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab as approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surrounding of casing pipe of required size including embedding housing clamp including necessary form work and earting work. The Top and side of block shall be finished with 5mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as directed by by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , lowering and fixing Mild Steel Column pipe ISI marked both end flanged of size 50mm dia bore in 3 mtr length wall thickness 4.8mm as per IS-1239 complete including rubber gasket , slot cutting in flanges for passing of submersible cable and nut bolts ,tightening of submersible cable with PVC tie rope including tie rope complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel bail plug of size 200mm dia fixed and welded complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only sample strata box with glass cover 3mm thick and having internal dimensions 1000 x600 x 100mm (LxBxD) made out of 20mm thick shisham plank with hinges, hasp, and staples including Strata chart (in duplicate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation , lowering , testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set with outer dia of pump not exceeding 100mm discharge capacity 60-270 LPM, head range 80-184 meter complete with suitable submersible motor 3 phase 415 volts complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable submersible with copper conductor 3 core 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm cross sectional area stranded confirming to relevant IS complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4.0 core all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth strip of 25mm x 4 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia uptoTest point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funel & wire mesh, PCC pit in mix 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil ,removal of surplus soil and providing charcol dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm all as required specified & directed by Engr- in -charge ( Note:- Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and GI strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer GI pipe and GI strip beyond 7.5 will be measured separately under respective item) all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for DI special such as tees, bends of any sizes and radius, tapers, colars, tail piece caps and plug upto 150 mm bore all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for run lead joint including preparatons of ends , provn of hemp/yarn gasket and pig lead filling and proper caulking for CI/DI pipe of 100mm bore complete all as specified and directd by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Cast iron Non return valve of size 100 mm dia horizontal flanged end confirming to IS-5312 incluindg nut, bolt, washer and rubber gasket complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing DI pipe K-7 of size 100 mm internal bore with spigot and socket end including tyton joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in any type of soil including boulder complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soils including spreding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick sub class 'B' old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches as protection to cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
