Material and labour in replacement for old cloth and cushion for seat and back of chair by taking out seat and back, changing cloth of seat and back with leather / crape or matti of not less than Rs 400/- per meter including changing / replacement of foam cushion of seat and back with 32 density foam (as approved) of required existing thickness and size including all new hardware and accessories and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
