Replacement of 145KV CB CGL Make 1984 PNEUMATIC Type of 132KV Transfer Bus at 220KV SS Firozabad under ETD Firozabad

Dismantling of old & Outmoded 145KV(CGL MAKE,1984) circuit breaker of 132KV transfer Bus by disconnecting AC & DC supply and opening of jumpers,nuts-bolts,control cable connections,earthing and opening of its poles alongwith copper pipe of SF6 Gas of all three poles safely with the help of hydra , then shifting of all dismantled materials to store or designated place as instructed by supervisor Engineer.The work also includes dismantling of mechanism housing(pneumatic system),G.I structures and shifting it to storage place with all other associated works for the satisfactory completion of job.work is to be done in supervision of JE/SDO.

Erection of new 145KV (SIEMENS MAKE ,2022) SF6 circuit breaker of 132KV Transfer Bus.The work includes carriage of CB with complete acessories from storage place to work site with the help of hydra after unpacking of all poles from crates.Fixing of supporting structures after opening the protection covers,fixing of interrupting unit at the frames as per drawing/manual ,checking level of all three poles with level meter,then connecting all mechanical linkage,connecting gas pipes,complete control cable connections,electrical terminations as per drawing,cable lying if required(cable will be provided by department)ete with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily .The work also includes all the modifications required for fixing legs of new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine etc.Providing and fixing 50x6mm M.S flat for earthing and painting it by one coating red oxide primer and two coat synthethic enamel green colour paint also writing name of feeder on CB Marshalling box by synthetie enamel paint (Yellow color with Black background ),then Connection of all jumpers,clamps ete and replacing the same if required with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactory.Checking electrical open/close operation from Local/Remote Mode as well as giving tripping from relay for protection mode after commissioning of breaker and doing work of wiring as per drawing.
