Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket and power complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents , regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS - 694 1990 drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3 mm thick plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sq mm FRLSH stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light or fan point controlled by one switch single pole one way for light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan /call bell point/ Switch socket outlet 5 amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board..

Taking down and opening out the exhaust fan upto 400 mm sweep for inspection, removing bush / bearing, cleaning of bush / bearing, replacement of unserviceable / worn out bearing / bush, shaft, removing burnt out coils from the slots, cleaning and repairing of slots rubber reel etc. reassembling and refixing of fan complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down carefully unserviceable geyser of any type and make from site after disconnections of water & electrical connections & carrying out to MES store yard for inspection and thereafter to workshop for repair & replacement of components such as heating element, thermostate, cable, neon lamp, plugtop, outer casing, plates & repair work to apparatus plate etc and carrying back to MES storeyard for testing and refixing at site and making water & electrical connection on completion and complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L Painting of geysers 25 ltrs capacity at site/at workshop with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) best quality including preparation of surfaces with brush, cleaning agents etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old burnt/unserviceable submain wiring with aluminum/copper conductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through PVC casing caping/ PVC Conduit pipe including GI wire accessories etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH type PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLSH type of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead drawn into rigid non metalic PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 4 Sqmm conductor as main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm conductor as earth wire with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH type PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLSH type of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth lead drawn into rigid non metalic PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 Sqmm conductor as main wire and one run of 6 Sqmm conductor as earth wire with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
