M&L for edge cut joint free glazed/matt finish colored or printed ceramic tile surface area exc 0.11 Sqm and n.exceeding 0.18 Sqm of size 400x400x7 to 8mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry. including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick for all, complete all as specified directed.

Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified prefabricated five layered 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermolay non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gms, weight of membrane @ 3.60 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer, @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986, The membrane shall be laid using bitumen torch. The end lap should be 150mm and the side lap must be minimum 100 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/up to 500mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- The work shall be executed through authorized applicator approved by the manufacturers of membrane).

PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding with liquid WPC laid to slopes as directed and approx thickness 75mm or less and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.( WPC shall be measured separately)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level.

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited/ removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/ circular and de-sludging /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/ sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/ sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n' exc 50 meters from the wc and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed.
